While one-handed due to a closed fracture of the distal radius in his left wrist in a ground-level fall, Olias Nil opted for non surgical treatment and an album of organ-only recordings performed with right hand only. The ulnar fovea sign was negative. He demonstrated full active motions of his left elbow and all digits in his left hand. Active left forearm supination measured ~15 degrees and active pronation measured ~25 degrees. Active left wrist extension measured 30 degrees and active flexion measured 25 degrees. His left wrist DRUJ was stable.

His left hand appeared well vascularized.
